For me reading seems to go in phases. Sometimes I might get hugely excited about a certain topic and then read several books on it in a row. I have also had phases when I’ve been too tired to read anything remotely intellectually stimulating and devoured historical romance books for months (hello Bridgerton and sister series!). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I am highly pragmatic, also as a reader, and don’t care if a book is not consistently great – as long as it gives me some great ideas that I can use to further hone my own life philosophy. I have also noticed that often timing plays a big role – some book might feel extremely meaningful if it fits well with your current life situation and totally generic if it doesn’t. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anyhow, were is a collection of books I have read and enjoyed over the years, organized in different categories.
